We want you to get the most out of your visit! If you’re coming in for a color service, please arrive with clean, dry hair washed within the last 24 hours. Feel free to bring inspiration photos, our stylists love visual references to help design your ideal look. Most importantly, come ready to relax and be taken care of.
We understand life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows our stylists to offer your spot to another guest. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please contact us within 10 days of your appointment. We’ll gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment service to make sure you leave loving your hair.
Yes, you can shop our favorite professional products right through our website! At this time, we offer in-store or curb-side pickup only. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you for a quick and easy pickup at the salon.
For the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns. Unopened items may be exchanged or credited for in-store use within 10 days of purchase, with your original receipt.
